1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SheetToAPI (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) provided through SheetToAPI for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

3. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“billing cycle”), typically monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.

You authorize SheetToAPI (or its payment processor, e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Disclaimer

The materials and services provided by SheetToAPI are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SheetToAPI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SheetToAPI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall SheetToAPI or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if SheetToAPI or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SheetToAPI may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SheetToAPI does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. SheetToAPI may make changes to the materials or Service at any time without notice.

SheetToAPI may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SheetToAPI. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SheetToAPI operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
